The Innovation & Technology Management thematic group comprises about 80 researchers interested in sharing and developing their knowledge and experience on innovation topics. It is a dynamic group, characterized by a marked international vocation. Currently, it is a partner of CINet, Continuous Innovation Network.
The group's activity aims to produce and disseminate high-quality studies and research on different aspects of innovation and to contribute effectively to business practices. By expressing the pluralism and variety of the specific research interests of the members, the debate within the thematic group benefits from the comparison between different perspectives (Operation & Tech, Management, Marketing, Organizational), methods, and approaches.

The main activities conducted by the Innovation & Technology Management thematic group have mainly concerned the activation and development of scientific networking. Given the variety of topics related to Innovation & Technology Management, sub-groups dedicated to specific initiatives have been developed within the thematic group (organization of Special Tracks within national and international conferences, development of PRIN projects, start-up and consolidation of joint research projects, organization of workshops). There is currently an active sub-group focused on the topic of "Digital Innovation".
