Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship thematic group brings together scholars interested in debating about business creation in the broadest meaning. To this end, it aims to:

• encourage cross-fertilization of the research experiences of participating members;
• encourage the sharing of innovative and experiential teaching tools that are fundamental for teaching entrepreneurship as a way of thinking and not just as a process;
• organize webinars, workshops, seminars etc. to reflect on the development of research activities and/or for the dissemination and/or dissemination of the research results achieved;
• support networking activities with international scholars affiliated with the main scientific management societies and/or with international associations supporting the development of an entrepreneurial economy;
• develop research joint projects with the aim to benefit from national and international funding opportunities.

• Entrepreneurial opportunities and processes to exploit them
• Entrepreneurial profiles: youth, female and student entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs in disadvantaged conditions
• Entrepreneurship education: determinants, cognitive and pedagogical models
• Entrepreneurship and context: entrepreneurship in favorable contexts vs. hostile, global entrepreneurship vs. local, entrepreneurial cities, entrepreneurial networks and ecosystems
• Academic entrepreneurship: spin-offs and technology transfer processes
• Corporate entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship
• Digital entrepreneurship and the potential of artificial intelligence
• Entrepreneurial finance e crowdfunding
• Impact of entrepreneurship: social entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship and economic, social and environmental (sustainable) development
• Theories, concepts, possible developments and new frontiers on Entrepreneurship (theory building)

ACTIVITIES

Since 2019, the Entrepreneurship thematic group has sponsored the assignment of a best paper award for the Entrepreneurship Processes track of EURAM - European Academy of Management.

• The Entrepreneurship thematic group organizes webinars useful for stimulating the community's research activities.
• Announcements for next Workshops-Conferences will follow.
