SIMA NextGen
Welcome to SIMA NextGen: the community dedicated to young management researchers (PhD candidates, research fellows, post-docs, RTD-A, RTD-B, and RTT)!
We are a select group of three junior members, appointed directly by the SIMA Presidency Council, with a clear objective: to be the direct link between the young generations of members and SIMA.
Our mission? To listen carefully to your voices, understand the challenges you face, and bring your aspirations to the attention of those who can make a difference.
Our initiatives are structured around three fundamental pillars:
- Listening: Committed to active listening, we aim to collect and convey your ideas to the SIMA Executive Council, ensuring that your perspectives are an integral part of the academic dialogue.
- Supporting: We provide support through mentorship programs, accompanying young researchers on their academic and professional journey, with the goal of enhancing individual skills.
- Connecting: We actively promote collaboration and networking among young academics, both Italian and international, to stimulate innovation and intellectual growth within our community.
