The fourth edition in 2024 brings multiple innovations, with the most impactful undoubtedly being SIMA’s Gender Equality Certification. Through this certification, SIMA communicates to its stakeholders that it has undertaken a voluntary certification process in accordance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 reference standard. The goal is to provide guidelines for a gender equality management system through the adoption and monitoring of specific KPIs. Mirroring classic management system models, UNI PdR 125:2022 mandates the measurement, reporting, and evaluation of gender-related data within organizations to assess their maturity level and track improvements over time.
The Politica sulla Parità di Genere SIMA SIMA’s Gender Equality Policy applies to all employees and internal and external stakeholders. SIMA firmly believes in a culture of gender equality and is committed to pursuing diversity and female empowerment, raising awareness among our key stakeholders, also through the dissemination of this important document.
The 2024 Impact Report is the result of an engagement process that SIMA strongly believes in. This approach will continue in the coming years to deepen our understanding of SIMA stakeholders’ needs and to define strategic priorities. These results have always been evident in the materiality analysis conducted also for this 2024 Impact Report.
