SIMA supports and patronizes the 2022 edition of the Corporate Heritage Awards. The award stems from the idea of bringing to the fore the companies that have distinguished themselves for their commitment to the enhancement and communication of their historical and cultural heritage, understood as a set of tangible and intangible traces
of the organizations' experience, through strategies and tools capable of highlighting their distinctiveness and excellence.
The event is organized and promoted by Leaving Footprints, an academic spin-off of the University of Sannio and the University of Naples Parthenope, of which Prof. Maria Rosaria Napolitano is scientific director. Consistent with the vision of Leaving Footprints, the aim of the award is to bring out the stories and events of the companies to which the development of our Country is linked, and to tell them to help nourish and develop the entrepreneurial culture. For this reason, Leaving Footprints intends to reward those companies who commit themselves to tell their story with passion, "leaving a trace".
Participating in the award is free and reserved for companies that: have matured at least 50 years of uninterrupted activity under the same management; have made significant investments or carried out original initiatives to preserve and communicate their historical-cultural heritage, understood both in the material and in the immaterial sense; operate on the national territory.
All the activities of selection, evaluation and identification of the winners of the Corporate Heritage Awards are carried out by a very high profile Scientific Committee, which is also joined by the President of SIMA, Prof. Sandro Castaldo.
