The Festival of Management is upon us.

It will be an edition to be discovered.

A 1st edition filled with lots of sessions.

The most varied formats: interactive workshops, institutional agoras, visionary talks, immersive workshops, metaverse, Out of the Box conversations. Out of the Box.

Numerous topics: from the 3 macro themes - ethics and fight against mafias, energy transition, health - but also sport, art, education, fashion, retail, finance, soft skills, music, food...including the public, private, and third sectors.

Many contests: from the health hackathon, with the final phase to be played at the Festival, to those to be presented and rewarded. The protagonists here will be the students.

Over 150 speakers will join and take turns over the 2 days, all attracted by a cultural format, far from the more commonly commercial ones, certainly intrigued by a topic on the lips of many but truly known by few - we are referring to the meaning of Management - and perhaps even a little proud to be the first to inaugurate this new Festival. Management – e forse anche un po’ orgogliosi di essere i primi ad inaugurare questo nuovo Festival.

Many partners and many patronages: we believe that the same spirit that attracted the speakers has also convinced companies and institutions to support this project, to be there with nothing in return, except the opportunity to become part of this new adventure.

Then there's you: we hope to see you in these 2 days focused on this theme which is so dear to us and to you, we who every day help our students to acquire solid skills to prepare for the future and to contribute to economic development.

The hope with this Festival is to make us promoters of the importance that management has and can have at every level, a skill that brings benefits for the improvement of any situation and which translates into progress for the country.
