How can the development of resilience in smart communities foster the continuous emergence of innovation and the achievement of social change?
To answer these questions, researchers and practitioners are invited to send their conceptual and empirical contributions to enrich the scientific debate on these questions and produce interdisciplinary advances on the topic.
