

The first edition of Festival del Management means its official presentation to a large and diversified audience, and a specialized discipline is made available to everyone for the first time. Transversality, heterogeneity of techniques and roles, interconnection between experiences and individual skills are the characteristics of a managerial culture that is both rigorous and flexible.
The logo, the graphics and the setup designed constitute an analogical and abstract transposition of this meaning; the "M" of Management thus becomes in the logo the connection between two people, a double arc - for Leonardo Da Vinci “an arc consists of two weaknesses which, leaning one against the other, make strength” or the intertwining of two stylized human figures.
The setup designed for the event is meant to be the eloquent background of a peaceful revolution, made up of people, ideas, dialogues, experiences that confront each other to face the complexity of the challenges of this new millennium.
Today’s graphics move freely in an increasingly digital and multidimensional space. Its ability to communicate is therefore based on its "empathic" rather than "symbolic" nature, on its ability to interpret the essence of a concept or an event and to translate it into simple forms that are comprehensible to all.
The points moving along paths suggest the physical and digital paths of a composed and dynamic knowledge. Through the visual identity of the Festival, shapes, colors and medias are released, intertwined and set in motion to signify the importance of dialogue, communication, interaction and connection between people.
