Description: Dear SIMA Members, I am glad to invite you to participate in the symposium "Sustainability and Governance: Changes and Challenges" organized together with Pasquale Massimo Picone during the AOM Annual Conference in Boston. This symposium provides an opportunity to extend our knowledge and connect with internationally renowned experts who are actively contributing to the debate on sustainability and governance. Deadline: We will discuss the challenges posed by sustainability and the solutions that firms, either independently or in coordination with other actors, adopt to face them. The panelists who will participate are: Valentina Marano, Northeastern University; Petra Christmann, Rutgers University; Jordi Surroca, University of Liverpool; Kai Xu, University of Texas at San Antonio.
