Description: In this track we welcome contributions that investigate aesthetic sources of organizational knowledge as a way to reframe the relationship between business and society and transform the business for good. In this direction, we welcome empirical and conceptual papers that address, even not exclusively, the following themes: music, performing arts, dance, theatre; visual arts, media arts; museums and festivals; media in/for/as organizing; cinema, novels, comics; magic, sport; philosophy
