Description: Despite the significant interest in understanding non-rational forces driving the decision-making processes in organizations, important areas still remain largely unexplored. This Special Issue investigates the non-rational forces shaping decision making processes, such as dark personality traits, mental disorders, beliefs , spirituality/religion, superstition, meaningful coincidences , atmospheres – apart from the ones that received more interest, such as intuition and affective states.
