Description: The research grant is part of a project funded by the Departments of Excellence Program of the MUR. The goal of the project is to understand the mechanisms through which the massive use of digital technologies during the lockdown influences the organization of office work and the decision-making processes of companies. The research fellow will contribute to the main phases of the research project: (1) analysis of the literature to establish the knowledge base and tools for the subsequent phases; (2) collection of original data through a sample survey repeated in two periods over a two-year period; (3) econometric analysis of data and development of managerial implications.
