Description:: Dear SIMA member, We are happy to invite you on the 18 of February, 5 pm CET, to the online workshop introducing the Special Session “Leadership for Sustainable Value Creation in Small and Family Firms”, hosted within the SIMA 2026 Conference, and in partnership with ISBE – Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship. The session aims to advance understanding of how leaders and leadership teams shape sustainability-oriented strategies and outcomes in these firms.
