Sinergie-SIMA Management Conference 2026
|
Dear Colleagues,
la prossima edizione della Sinergie-SIMA Management Conference si svolgerà a Pavia il 28 e 29 maggio 2026, con attività pre-conferenza nella giornata del 27 maggio. L’Università di Pavia, tramite il Dipartimento di Scienze Economiche e Aziendali, sta lavorando insieme a SIMA e a Sinergie per offrire un’edizione di grande valore scientifico e relazionale per tutta la comunità di management italiana e internazionale.
Il tema della conferenza è Transforming Management in the Era of Post-Globalization and Agentic Economy, per invitare studiosi e professionisti a riflettere sulle trasformazioni che stanno ridefinendo il management contemporaneo. La post-globalizzazione, con il conseguente ripensamento delle catene del valore e delle strategie competitive, l’emergere di un’economia agentica, in cui intelligenza artificiale e forme distribuite di agency influenzano decisioni, ruoli e processi organizzativi, e la necessità di strategie rigenerative volte a sostenere resilienza, agilità e coerenza strategica sono solo alcuni dei temi che saranno approfonditi durante le sessioni plenarie della conferenza.

The impact of Artificial Intelligence in management research IFSAM aims to promote research on the impact of Artificial Intelligence in management, both in the processes of knowledge production and in quality assessment. Management associations and their members are invited to share relevant publications by sending the links to deputy.vpresearch@ifsam.org and vpresearch@ifsam.org. These works will be promoted through a dedicated section of the IFSAM website and its social media channels.

The British Academy of Management (BAM) together with Irish Academy of Management (IAM) and Società Italiana di Management (SIMA) launch joint grant schemes for 2024.
|
|
BAM-SIMA Collaborative Research Award is open to all SIMA and BAM Members who are at an early stage in their careers.

Il dibattito sull’intelligenza artificiale e le sue applicazioni interessa anche il mondo dell’Università. Negli ultimi due anni, in particolare, la produzione scientifica sul tema è aumentata esponenzialmente. A una semplice ricerca online nelle categorie “business” e “management” del Web of Science (la più importante banca dati delle pubblicazioni scientifiche a livello planetario), il termine “artificial Intelligence” individua ben 5027 pubblicazioni scientifiche, delle quali quasi la metà (2254) divulgate a partire dall’anno 2022.
