Description:: Journal of Management and Governance invites scholars to submit their original papers to the special issue entitled “Leveraging Intersections in Management Theory and Practice”. This special issue focuses on the questions and potential benefits for management scholars related to conducting "unconventional or unconventional" research, which are placed at the intersection of dimensions that traditionally create divisions between communities and theories. The special issue looks for both conceptual studies that focus on ways to bridge the divergences present in management studies, and empirical works that address the analysis of phenomena through the adoption of different approaches. A detailed understanding of the above issues is extremely important for management scholars who intend to produce studies that can be "useful" in guiding managers, consultants and policy makers engaged in the management and governance of complex enterprises, as well as in addressing the challenges coming from the company.
